Fitness Class Schedule

Every Full Service Wellness Program comes with a fitness class schedule of 7-28 classes per week. 

Each of our clients gets a dedicated website or web page with an online schedule. Guests or members are able to sign up for classes using this system or may just show up to classes. Flexibility for clients is our priority.

We tailor our class offering based on the location of your site and the type of clientele you cater to. For example, visitors to Hawaii tend to have different expectations and fitness needs compared to tennis or social club members. We get that, and have the perfect schedule for your needs. 

Let us handle the schedule, or you can choose from our selection of class offerings. Interested in something a little more specific, we can make it happen.

Our years of experience in the concierge market have helped us hone in on some of the special scheduling issues that come up, let us help you ensure the highest program participation and the happiest clients.

VIP Experiences

We are experts at adventure. 

Each of our coaches is expertly trained and is Glad Life certified to teach in highly diverse settings such as hotels, resorts & clubs. We specialize in creating programs and experiences that engage groups, no matter their background, connection to each other or purpose for being together.

Our staff is able to coach a wide variety of sports in and out of the water, from paddle board yoga to boot camps and everything in between. We have you covered and are passionate about creating unique moments that people remember for a lifetime.

In addition to offering regular programming, we also offer seasonal classes and activities, large or corporate group sales incentives and VIP packaging aligned with your other onsite amenities. Private sessions with our elite trainers are also available to guest as an add on service.
